www.shorttracksim.com/PostNuke/html/index.php?name=Downloads&req=viewsdownload&sid=5Thanks to a pile-o-people for getting this project done (see credits below), but special thanks go to JR Franklin for wrestling a bear to the ground getting the AI to work.
Also, be sure to look for the tribute to New England Racing Great and New England Motorsports Hall of Famer, the late Ollie "Quick" Silva in the infield as you enter the pits!

[1] HOW TO INSTALL THE TRACK
====================================
Unzip the zip file to: C:\Papyrus\Nascar Racing 2003 Season\tracks\. If you have multiple instances of NR2003S installed, you will need to manually select the tracks directory where you wish to install this track.
[2] GENERAL TRACK INFORMATION
====================================
Type: Real track
AI: Yes. Working pit stalls for 27 total cars (26 opponents)
Mod support: GNS, CTS. (This track was not tested using any other physics other than those.)
Track Information: 0.36 mile low banked asphalt oval in Lee, NH.
(The following is condensed from the official website of Lee USA Speedway: http://www.LeeUSASpeedway.com)
The track, originally named "Lee County Raceway," opened in 1964 as a 1/3 mile tri-oval dirt track with 2 elevation changes. The track was paved in 1965 and featured the NESMRA (New England Super Modified Racing Assoc.) Super Modifieds as it's feature class. However, in 1967 Star Speedway was built in nearby Epping, NH and lured the NESMRA away to run at the new 1/4 mi. Star oval. Crowds slowly began to dwindle at Lee and eventually the track closed in 1979.
In November of 1982, the trio of owners of Star Speedway bought the Lee Raceway and plans were drawn up to reconfigure and rename the track. In 1983, the track was made into the 0.36 mile asphalt oval that exists today and was renamed "Lee USA Speedway." On July 4, 1984, the first big event, named "The Teaser" was held at the new LEE USA track. Later that year, the first ever Oktoberfest was held and has since evolved into one of the premier New England racing events each fall.
The MacDonald family purchased the track in December of 1986. Up to that point in time, only special events were run at Lee, but beginning in 1987, the MacDonald family era of ownership has brought weekly racing to Lee USA ever since. The weekly racing program includes the Late Models, Late Model Sportsman, Roadrunners, Hobby Stocks, Iron Man and Small Block Super Modifieds. Special major touring events held at the track have included the True Value Modified Racing Series, ACT (American-Canadian Tour), PASS (Pro All-Star Series) and the Camping World East Series (formerly the Bush Grandnational North Series).
This NR2003 version is an attempt to closely resemble the track as it appeared in 2008. It is not, however, an exact replica nor do the limits of NR2003 allow it to be.

[4] KNOWN ISSUES
====================================
1. This track was not tested with CUP or PTA physics. All testing and track.ini settings are for the GNS and CTS physics only, which the authors of the track feel are best suited to racing at Lee USA Speedway. The CUP physics will work, but the AI has not been tested or balanced for CUP.
2. AI cars pitting on the curved sections of pit road are 'pulled' into their pit stalls. (This is an issue that is inherent with NR2003 and cannot be fixed.)
3. AI No other bugs have been reported or observed during beta testing.
